Birgitta Lillpers reads her own poem Väntans svit THE POETRY OF Birgitta Lillpers is lucid and filled with pictures of a mind yearning for a place to belong. Lillpers has been in the frontline of Swedish poetry since her debut in 1982 , and has also earned recognition for her prose. Her reading is interspersed with music for the viola, written in two to six parts, by the Swedish composer Lars Sandberg and performed by the brilliant viola player Henrik Frendin.
